15% buyers premium. $200 cash deposit required for buyers card. 25% cash deposit required at award of bid. Balance due in full within 24 hours. We will accept cash, credit card, cashiers check or wire transfer. This sale is LOCAL PICKUP only.

Additional insurance maybe required for professional removal or dismantling of certain items that may be connected to electrical connections or lines. Buyers are responsible to disconnect and cap any electrical, or other disconnections in a professional manner. Insurance for removal of certain items maybe required.

Only those checks that are accompanied with a bank letter of guarantee. The letter must be on bank stationary, it must list the date and location of the auction. The bank letter must list the name and account number of the buyer. The letter must give a guaranteed maximum amount that can be drawn on items purchased at the Toshiba Relocation Auction dated Wednesday November 15th 10am located at 9740 Irvine Blvd, Irvine CA. The letter must be signed by an officer of the bank.
