This is a legal lien auction of personal property. The personal property has been put in 2 large self storage units. The auction will be held on the sidewalk at this address. This auction does not have anything to do with the storage facility so please DO NOT call or go to facility for answers. Please feel free to call our office for updated information. All will be sold in one lot and units must be cleaned out totally. A refundable cleaning deposit will be required at time of purchase. This is an entire house full of furniture, clothing, appliances, electronics, garage and surprises. It was located in a very affluent neighborhood in Glendale. This is a cash only auction. Sales tax will be added to purchase. Pick up same day as auction.
