This is a moving and storage vault auction. There will be 100+or - vaults, 6 pallets, and 25 overflow pieces. Vaults will be sold by the piece and by the vault. Please arrive early and preview. There will be a $100.00 refundable deposit required to obtain a bidder number.There will be a 13% buyers premium added to all purchases as well as sales tax.Everything must be paid in full the day of auction. Credit Cards will be accepted.
Pick up is the day of auction unless prior arrangements have been made with NorthStar Moving. All moving blankets are to be left outside of the vaults. No opening of boxes at the facility. You must take everything in your vault.
