This is a moving and storage vault auction. Vaults will be opened and pulled out. There will be a $100.00 refundable deposit required to obtain a bid card. There will also be a 13% buyers premium added to all purchases as well as sales tax. If you hold a valid Calif. resale permit you must have a copy with you at the time of purchase. All purchases must be paid in full immediately following the auction.
All packing blankets must be left at the facility. No opening boxes at the facility. Removal is the same day as auction unless prior arrangements have been made.
