The business is closed, please do not bother tenants. We will be selling the contents of an established business of Antiques and Collectibles. This is a long time resident of Big Bear and has created a small western town on the property. We will be selling in lots and bulk. Small shed buildings will also be sold. There will be a 15% buyer premium added to all sales as well as sales tax. There will be a required $100.00 cash refundable deposit required to bid. ALL SALES ARE CASH ONLY! Removal the same day as auction unless prior arrangements have been made.
Buyers must bring all packing materials with them. There will be none available on site.
