Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Sections 21700-21716 of the Business and Professions Code, Extra Storage Riverside 1, 6455 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, CA 92503, County of Riverside, State of California, at the above address will sell, to satisfy lien of the owner, at Public Sale. The unit will be sold by competitive bidding at Public Auction with bids opening on or after Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 12:00 pm. The personal goods stored therein by the following may include, but are not limited to, general household items, furniture, boxes, clothes, and appliances.
