This is a lien sale of abandoned personal property bulk sale from a well known Hollywood artist to be sold in bulk or groups at auctioneers discretion. Award winning photographer! Professional photographer for the Stars, 100's of thousands Hollywood Celebrity photographs and slides. The contents will consist of photographs, slides, file cabinets, shelving, and camera equipment, watches, clocks, etc.... There will be a 15% buyer’s premium added to all purchases as well as sales tax unless a valid Calif. resale permit is given at time of purchase.There will be a $100.00 refundable cash deposit required to obtain a bid card. AUCTION WILL BEGIN AT 10:30AM MONDAY JUNE 8TH. Credit cards will be accepted. A $5000.00 cash deposit will be required upon completion of bid. Any unpaid balance must be paid in full by cashiers check or bank wire transfer within 24 hour of auction.

Payment Pickup, Additional Terms:

Please be prepared to start moving things out day of auction. Owner will work with buyers to remove items on a timely basis. There is a 15% buyers premium on all purchases. Sales tax will added to all purchases unless buyer holds a valid resale permit. All purchases are cash only unless otherwise specified. All items are sold as is, where is, no guarantee or warranty.
