This is a moving and storage vault auction. There will be 50 vaults and 13 pieces of overflow. The vaults will be opened and pulled out. Boxes will be sold in lots. A $100.00 cash refundable deposit will be required to obtain a bid card. There will be a 13% buyers premium added to each purchase as well as sales tax. Nothing is to be removed until your bill has been paid in full. Cash and credit cards will be accepted at this auction.
Removal is same day unless previous arrangements have been made with the facility. All packing blankets need to be left at the facility. NO GOING THROUGH BOXES AT THE FACILITY.
There is a 15% buyers premium on all purchases. Sales tax will added to all purchases unless buyer holds a valid resale permit. All purchases are cash only unless otherwise specified. All items are sold as is, where is, no guarantee or warranty.
