TERMS
This is a moving and storage vault auction. The vaults will be opened and items pulled out. There will be a $100.00 refundable cash deposit required to obtain a bid card. You must have a bid card to participate in the auction. There will be a 13% buyers premium added to your purchase. All sales are CASH ONLY. All blankets belong to the facility and must be left at the facility. Removal of goods is same day as the auction unless prior arrangements have been made with the facility.
There is a 15% buyers premium on all purchases. Sales tax will added to all purchases unless buyer holds a valid resale permit. All purchases are cash only unless otherwise specified. All items are sold as is, where is, no guarantee or warranty. Removal same day as auction. All moving blankets are property of the facility and must be left at the facility the day of auction. No opening of boxes on facility property.
