This is a moving and sto9rsge vault auction. The vaults contain household goods and furnishings. The vaults will be opened and items pulled out and sold. There will be a refundable $100.00 cash deposit required to obtain a bid card. All buyers are required to obtain a bid card. All sales are cash only. All sales are final. All blankets are the property of the facility and must vbe left at the facility the day of auction. Removal is same day as auction.
There is a 15% buyers premium on all purchases. Sales tax will added to all purchases unless buyer holds a valid resale permit. All purchases are cash only unless otherwise specified. All items are sold as is, where is, no guarantee or warranty. Removal same day as auction. All moving blankets are property of the facility and must be left at the facility the day of auction. No opening of boxes on facility property.
