This is a legal lien sale of abandoned property. There will be some household goods, large marble statues and pillars, cement pots, lots of garden statuary. If you are the buyer of any of the very large marble or garden statuary pieces you or your mover will be required to show proof of liability insurance.
There will be a 15% buyers premium and sales tax added to all purchases.
Removal of the large pieces will need to take place by Monday March 13
