This is a moving and storage vault auction. There will be 42 vaults and 12 pod type containers of household goods. Vaults will be opened and pulled out at the discretion of the auctioneer.
There will be a $100.00 refundable cash deposit required to obtain a bid card. A bid card must be obtained to bid at auction. There will be a 15% buyers premium added to all sales as well as sales tax. All sales are cash. Removal same day as auction, unless arrangements have been made with the facility. All packing blankets are property of the facility and must be left at the facility the day of auction. No opening boxes at the facility.
