This is a liquidation auction of a 300 acre working cattle and horse Ranch. We will be selling 3- 12 horse stall mare motels, arenas, 4 rail pipe corals with covers, metal shipping containers, Caterpillar dozer tractors, tack sheds, wedding event equipment and supplies, ranch and barn equipment, 2 horse-horse trailer, office furniture and supplies. Lots of misc. items!!
There will be a refundable $100.00 cash deposit required to obtain a bidder card. Must have a bid card to buy at auction. Sales tax will be applied to all purchases unless you have a valid Calif. resale permit. If you have a valid resale permit please have a copy with you at time of purchase. We will accept cash and major credit cards for payment.
Removal same day as auction unless previous arrangements have been made with owner.
