This is a moving and storage vault auction and will be sold at the discretion of the auctioneer. There will be a refundable deposit of $100.00 required to obtain a bid card. All buyers must have a bid card to bid. There will be a 15% buyer premium added to all purchases as well as sales tax. Removal sames day as auction unless other arrangements have been made with the facility prior to auction. All packing blankets are the property of the facility and must be left at the facility the day of auction.
