This will be a moving and storage vault auction. Vaults will be opened and pulled out at the discretion of the auctioneer. This auction will be household, furniture, antiques, and treasures. This will include homes from, Malibu, Marina Del Rey, Porter Ranch, Beverly Hills, Pasadena, Santa Monica, Bel Air, Venice and others. There will be a 15% buyer premium and sales tax added to all sales. There will be a $100.00 refundable cash deposit required to obtain a bid card for the auction. All buyers are required to have a bid card to bid on auction goods. Removal of goods same day as auction, unless other arrangements have been made with the facility.
