This is a moving and storage auction. It will be sold by the piece, as well as by the vault. This will be determined by the auctioneer. There will be a 13% buyers premium added to all purchases as well as sales tax. ALL SALES ARE CASH ONLY! All purchases must be paid for immediately following the auction. There will be a $100.00 cash, refundable deposit required to obtain a bid card. All buyers must have a bid card to bid.
Removal is same day as auction unless prior arrangements have been made with the facility.
ALL BLANKETS ARE PROPERTY OF THE FACILITY AND MUST BE LEFT THERE THE DAY OF THE AUCTION.
nO OPENING OF BOXES ON THE PROPERTY. TAKE YOUR BOXES HOME AND FIND THE TREASURES.
