Self-Storage Facility units will be sold to the highest bidder. All Sales are Cash Only. It is the responsibility of the buyer to lock the unit once it has been sold. Buyers will have 24 hours to clean out the units, if you are unable to clean the unit out within the 24 hours you will need to contact the facility for options, otherwise you lose the unit .ANY BUYER WHO TAKES WHAT THEY WANT AND LEAVES THE TRASH WILL IMMEDIATELY BE BANNED FROM ANY FUTURE AUCTIONS!!! On all vehicles sold there is a redemption period of 10 days (not including date of sale) before the buyer can take possession.
