This is a legal lien sale of household goods and personal property.  All will be sold in one lot to the highest bidder. The buyer can take what they want and leave the rest. The buyer can not remove anything attached to walls, floors, ceilings, or gas lines.

There will be a 15% buyers premium added to the purchase as well as sales tax. Removal is the same day as auction.
