This is a legal sale for the entire contents of the house and outside. It will be sold all as one. This is a landscapers deal.There are large piles of all different kinds of red brick, cement blocks, PVC pipes. stepping stones, cement patio tables and benches, picnic tables, glass top patio tables, decorative pots of succulents,washer, dryer, wheel barrows, ladders, stove, furniture..... There will be a 13% buyers premium added to the sale price. Sales tax will apply unless a valid Calif. resale permit is given at time of purchase.
