This is a Moving and Storage vault auction. Items will be [pulled from the vaults and sold in lots. There will be a $100.00 refundable cash deposit required to obtain a bid card for the auction. There will be a13% buyers premium added to all purchases ans sales tax will apply.

All packing blankets are property of West Coast Moving Systems and must be left on the property.

All goods are to be removed the day of auction unless prior arrangements have been made with the facility.

Self Storage Facility units will be sold to the highest bidder. All Sales are Cash Only. It is the responsibility of the buyer to lock the unit once it has been sold.
