This is a warehouse full of brand new furniture and decorator items. Sofa sets, tables, lots of patio furniture. All will be sold in bulk lots. There is approximately 35 semi- truck loads, + 7 fork lifts and misc. warehouse equipment to be sold.
Preview Monday 8:30am till auction time.
Removal 2 weeks from auction date. Payment is $10000.00 cash deposit and balance to be paid by Tuesday Jan 30, 2018 at 12 noon by cashier's check, cash, or credit card.
There will be a 15% buyers premium added to your purchase as well as sales tax. If you have a valid Calif. resale permit, please have a copy with you at time of purchase.
