This is a long time resident of Big Bear and has created a small western town on the property. We will be selling in lots and bulk. Small shed buildings will also be sold. There will be a 15% buyer premium added to all sales as well as sales tax. There will be a required $100.00 cash refundable deposit required to bid. ALL SALES ARE CASH ONLY! Removal the same day as auction unless prior arrangements have been made.
