This is a cash sale, all invoices must be paid at the end of the sale.<br />2) 200.00 cash deposit required for bid card (refundable)<br /> 3) Inspection Friday September 8th from 10-2pm<br />4) lots will be sold by the group, row, room, isle, or piece at auctioneers discretion.<br /> 5) all items must be removed by September 13, any items left at 5:00 PM on September 14 forfeited. No refunds will be issued.<br /> 6) Buyers must remove items professionally, auctioneers staff has the right to require buyers to hire professional bonded, insured movers if auctioneers staff believes that buyers are moving their items in an unsafe manner. 7) No buyer can move their items around in a way that restricts other buyers from removing their items from auction. All isles must remain open.<br />7) There will be a 15% buyers premium added to all sales. Sale tax will apply. If you have a valid Calif. resale permit please have a copy with you at time of purchase.<br />
