This is a 25000 sq ft building + a yard full of grills, fryers, stoves, ovens, mixers, pizza ovens, espresso machines, coffee makers, bakery equipment, it is all here and all for sale. It will be sold by, piece, group, section, this will be at the auctioneers discretion. There is a lot of scrap as well.

There will be a 15% buyers premium added to all sales. Sale tax will apply. If you have a valid Calif. resale permit please have a copy with you at time of purchase.
All sales are final and must be paid for the day of auction.
