Removal time during business hours will not exceed one week.
This online prebid will take place prior to the live auction, the winner of this online Pre bid auction will be represented by the auctioneer and your winning bid along with your max bid will be treated as a proxy bid.
If the online bidder is successful as the highest bid at the live auction then your credit card will be charged 10% of the winning bid as a deposit.
The balance of 5% buyers premium along with the bid price will be paid in cash at the conclusion of the auction at the location unless other arrangements have been made.
